Hot Air Dehorner AirBuddex

The innovative new product from Kerbl. Unlike conventional dehorners, the horn systems are extensively destroyed with hot air. The superficial application is easy to carry out and especially gentle on the calf.

Dehorning procedure with the AirBuddex:

1.  Administration of analgesic and sedative
2. Prepare the horns: Clip the hair to obtain the best dehorning result
3. Preheat the Airbuddex: Insert the gas cartridge and light the device - when the flame goes out, the device is ready to use (about 90sec)
4. Apply AirBuddex: Place the Airbuddex on the sole of the horn for 10 seconds
5. Removing the top layer of the horn burned by the dehorner
6. Second application of the Airbuddex: Apply the Airbuddex to the bare sole of the horn for 10 secondsWound care: Apply desensitizing spray or antiseptic spray
