Online orders are paid using one payment method. In person, more than one payment method may be used for the same transaction.
Account terms
Net 30 account terms are available on approval to certain SyrPRO+ customers. Invoices may be paid by cheque or bank transfer. Card payments must be made within 10 days of the invoice date; after that period, a 3% fee applies. Overdue invoices are subject to a charge of 1.5% per month.

When is my card charged?
A preauthorization is placed when you order for the estimated order amount. It temporarily reserves funds without charging them immediately.
Your card is charged when products ship. If your order ships in multiple shipments, your card is charged only for the products in each shipment.
If the amount charged is less than the preauthorization, or the order is cancelled before shipping, the preauthorization expires automatically. If the preauthorization is not used, the reserved amount generally becomes available on your card again within
10 to 14 days, depending on your card issuer.
Payment declined?
Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing-address postal code.
A decline may also be related to your credit limit or financial institution. If the information is correct and the issue persists, contact your financial institution or our customer service team.
